Regardless of fulfillment source, customers purchase from Rove Recovery through this Site, and Rove Recovery remains the customer’s primary point of contact for order questions, customer service, and support unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, availability, shipping estimates, and fulfillment information. However, because some product information and inventory availability may be provided by manufacturers, distributors, vendors, or brand partners, we do not guarantee that all product information is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Large, oversized, or heavy products may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling, signature, curbside delivery, inspection upon arrival, or other carrier-specific requirements.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law.
