At Rove Recovery, we want you to shop with confidence. We work to make the ordering, shipping, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible. Because many recovery and wellness products vary in size, shipping method, and supplier handling time, please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and, when available, tracking information once your shipment has been prepared and dispatched.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or when an item is temporarily backordered.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping timelines may vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability.
Standard delivery estimates shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur due to freight scheduling, weather, carrier disruptions, inventory constraints, or other factors outside our control.
Some larger or specialty items may ship by freight carrier and may require delivery appointments, curbside delivery, or additional coordination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available. In some cases, oversized, freight, or specialty products may require a custom shipping quote.
Any additional delivery services, including inside delivery, liftgate service, re-delivery, address correction, storage fees, or missed delivery appointment charges, may result in additional fees that are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise noted on the product page or agreed upon in writing.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large, oversized, or freight-delivered items.
Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before submitting your purchase. Rove Recovery is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges resulting from incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@roverecovery.com with:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as carriers or suppliers may require documentation for claims.
We will work with you and, when applicable, the supplier or carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

New and unused

In its original packaging

In resalable condition

Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and components
Returns must be approved by Rove Recovery before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Clearance or final sale items

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Certain hygiene, wellness, or personal-use products where return restrictions apply
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged/defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
For larger or freight-shipped items, return shipping costs can be substantial. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase and contacting us with any pre-purchase questions.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly for large, special-order, or supplier-shipped products. If a restocking fee applies, it will be communicated during the return authorization process.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, prepared for shipment, or submitted to the supplier for fulfillment.
Because some items are processed quickly or shipped directly from supplier inventory, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If an order has already entered processing, shipping, or production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our standard return policy.
Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items may not be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping charges, expedited delivery fees, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the replacement product.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and need a replacement, contact us and we will review the situation case by case.
Supplier and Manufacturer Conditions
Certain products may be subject to additional supplier or manufacturer policies, including warranty terms, return restrictions, freight requirements, or restocking conditions. Where applicable, those conditions may apply in addition to this policy.
